I learned about in force an motion when we did the rocket experiment it was showing how far the rocket could go up in the air an it deepened on how much water you put in it..

The force and motion experiment I like doing was the blocks stacked up, and you hit it with the ruler and tried to make the stack of blocks stay. It showed that every thing at rest stays at rest unless acted upon by an outside force.

The experiment dealing with the Newton's first law, the block experiment. The science behind this experiment is that the stack of blocks are at rest and the ruler is in motion so when the ruler hit the bottom block and the bottom block went into motion. But the other blocks where at rest and would stay in rest unless acted upon by an outside force. So the bottom block went flying while the others stayed at rest.

I loved the experiment with the stack of blocks it was so cool making your own design and testing it out. I learned an object at rest stays at rest unless acted upon a outside force.

I liked the force and motion experience with the rocket. I enjoyed seeing how far the rocket would blast from the diet coke bottle.
